Robert L. Moore Disciple House is a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry providing a temporary home environment for men recently released from the Rockdale County jail who would otherwise face homelessness and food insecurity. We provide a caring and supportive home atmosphere where clients have the opportunity to earn their GED, learn a trade or skill, learn financial management, and get local job – all to assist them in transitioning successfully into the community.
To be eligible for acceptance into the program- and not every applicant will be accepted - potential clients must not have a record of violence against either adults or children, including sex crimes. Clients are monitored and supervised by a live-in House Manager to whom they are accountable for their actions and their whereabouts. Accountability is a program cornerstone, and we comply with Georgia State Board of Pardons and Paroles Transitional Housing for Offender Reentry standards.

Clients do not have to be Christian. However, prospective clients should know that everything we do is Christ-centered. Individuals who find that unacceptable may not find Disciple House to be the right environment for them.

Our rules apply equally to all clients. We reserve the right to make rules changes at our discretion. Clients will be notified before any rule changes are implemented.
